NO NEED. A neutral observer watching the recent tv coverage of the "fiesta-like" affair at the custodial center where the so-called "pork senators" are supposed to be detained said there was no need to detain the senators judging from the way the rules were implemented at the detention center.

VISITORS. Visitors come and go. So, too, with people bringing food. Reports said the visitors stayed from morning to dawn. Some observers watching tv said this was not special treatment—this was super special. "Dili kay ako ra ang naka-observe niini," said our "neutral observer."
