OVERHEARD. There was a discussion on radio about need for men to be circumcised. Bystanders in a barbershop joined the discussion. Said one bystander: "Ikaw, Bay, tuli ka?" Reply: "Ngutana ka man, ikaw tuli? Violence nearly erupted when the man replied: "Tuli mo lang, bisag pangutan-on pa nimo imong kapuyo."
