NUN'S STORY: A nun from a certain congregation whose members do not wear a habit except for the head dress, said to an Ear informer: "I didn't know whether to laugh or to cry when I saw some street kids eating on a sidewalk."

The nun said while the kids were eating what appeared to be corn grits and salted fish, a whole page of a newspaper with colored photos of expensive food was spread on the pavement the kids were eating on. She overheard one kid say: "Tan-aw lang mo sa mga litrato kada hungit nyo, ganahan lagi mo'g kaon." The nun told our informer: "The kids could manage to laugh at their own joke."
