Cops mistaken as thug

ATM. A woman wanted to withdraw money from an ATM machine on Borromeo Street but was reluctant — it showed in her movement — because there was a rugged man standing nearby. When the man assured her that he was a cop, the woman got all the more suspicious and walked away fast.

IMAGE. The cop said to an Ear informer, his friend: "Ingon diay ana ang image namong mga polis ron gikahadlokan." The Ear informer said: "Mo lang, Bay. Way kalainan ang imong pamiste sa holdupper." The next time they met, our informer said his cop-friend already looked well-groomed.
