Time for sharing

THE EAR - The Freeman

SHARING. Here is a little story about Christmas sharing as told to an Ear informer by a nun. Maring (not her real name), a Yolanda evacuee from Tacloban, saw some children garbage scavengers upon her group's arrival in Cebu.

IT'S CHRISTMAS. The nun said Maring, traveling along with some relief goods she had received in Tacloban, shared some noodles and canned sardines with a scavenger, a young mother with a little child. "It's Christmas." Maring said to the nun. "Time for sharing." Maring, the nun told the Ear informer, was a teacher in a Catholic free school in Tacloban.
