"High" drivers of 13C jeepneys

SCARED. In one of those common conversations inside PUJs, one mother was heard saying: "Di na gyud ko mosakay og 13C nga jeep nga batan-on ang drayber. Mamatay ta sa konsumisyon. Lupig pa'g naglupad ang jeep sa ilang drinayban."

HIGH. Another mother weighed in: "Mga high man kuno na ang ubang drayber sa droga. Maong uban kanila wala na naghuna-huna nga duna diay sila'y mga pasahero. Mao ra'g mga tag-iya sa karsada." This exchange of thoughts happened after a traffic enforcer pressed charges on the driver of the jeepney they were on board. The driver violated a "No stopping" rule.
