In-charge to charge

THE EAR - The Freeman

NO CHARGE, NO EAT. A couple was about to order in a fastfood chain when they saw there was no electrical outlet available for their use. They had planned to charge their cellular phones while they ate. The staff of the establishment apologized for their inconvenience.

NO CHARGE FOR THE CHARGE. An Ear informer who saw what happened could not help but ask if it is the responsibility of any establishment to provide electrical outlets so their customers can charge their cellphones and other devices. After all, charging takes up power that will be paid for by the establishment and customer do not pay to charge their devices.
