Debt threat

NO RENT. The tenants of an apartment building in Barangay Punta Princesa are now wondering where to pay rent after the owner of the building just suddenly up and went for no discernible reason. One day the owner and his wife just drove away and left everything, no word of when they will be back or if. No word of whom to leave the rent to. Some tenants were happy with the development as the couple was not particularly liked by their tenants and neighbors, but other tenants worried how this would affect their living conditions in the long run.

FLEEING FROM DEBT? A source said the couple fled quickly to escape from a creditor who had been after them for some time now. The wife of the owner allegedly borrowed a huge amount but was unable to recoup and now faced a big obligation. The couple has yet to be located or heard from.
