SAVE THE PORK? Some workers from a local government unit say they strongly disfavor the PDAF or pork barrel but their leader says: “Mahimong hatagang ‘tsansa’ ang gobyerno.” The “tsansa” he is talking about refers to the “chance” of changing the system of using the PDAF in a manner that the assistance funds go direct to the poor without passing through Congress.
