WRONG GUY.  A local police official insisted that a Costa Rican suspect recently arrested for domestic violence is a French National. Reporters have to ask him again and again to clarify the suspect’s nationality but the official also gave the same answer.

GEOGRAPHY. One reporter commented, “ Paet, maayo sad unta og magtuon og geography ang mga opisyal sa polis no?”
