NOT IN AMERICA. To The Ear informer’s amazement, the man calmly told him, “Saba oy. Ngano Amerika ni nga strikto ang traffic rules? Pilipinas man ni.” Our informer just shook his head. “Dili diay to sya mopatuo sa traffic rules diri kay di man daw ni Amerika,” he said.
