Teach them a lesson

A business investor who says he’s “extremely fedup” with traditional politicians who do nothing but keep criticizing opponents for no valid reason at all is campaigning against these kind of politicians. “I’m tired of these politicos and their torotots,” he told his fellow business investors in a meeting here recently. “Let’s teach them a lesson this time around.”

This businessman who is believed to have thousands of workers in his payroll in Mindanao, Cebu and Negros stressed that “I’m serious in my campaign.” he said in Cebuano (for he is a Cebuano): “Gipul-an na ko ining maong mga politiko.” He asked: “Kamo wa pa?” He said: “Daghan kaayo ning matanga sa politiko sa atong nasud kita ray makatudlo nilang leksyon.”
