Nun expresses thanks to two unidentified men

NUN SAYS THANKS. A Roman Catholic nun would like to express her gratitude to two men who helped her congregation’s driver when their car ran into trouble one late rainy evening last week. “The car could not move in the middle of the road in a secluded place in South Cebu and it was close to midnight already,” the nun said. “No one cared to help until a private jeep came along and two men came out to help.”

UNIDENTIFIED. The nun said in their great worry about their situation she and another nun in the car forgot to ask for the name of the two men although they were able to thank them for their help. “They were so kind and so polite I want to make public our congregation’s gratitude to them,” the nun said in a phone call to The Ear.
