Where's the BRT?

RAPID TRANSIT. Time and again we read about the BRT or Bus Rapid Transit strongly proposed for Cebu City by Mayor now congressman Tom Osmeña. A college professor who says she can’t afford to buy a car and so she wants a decent transportation to commute on in going to and from school asked The Ear: “Hain na man nang gisigihan report sa media nga rapid transit ni Tomas?”

NOT EASY. The professor said she had talked with someone conversant about BRT and was told it’s not only the buses that are needed. She said: “There are many other infrastructures to construct before the system can go hundred percent.”
