Anti-spitting bill

NO SPITTING. There is a bill pending in Congress seeking to ban — and penalize — spitting in public places. The sputum landed on the head of a motorcycle rider. To make a long story short, this caused a fight between the motorcycle rider and the spitter who got stabbed after telling the motorcyclist: “Nganong wa man ka mag-helmet.”
