MAN WITH A HOLSTER. A bearded man sporting a holster for a .45 pistol drew everyone’s attention in a bus bound for a southern town. The holster was empty but it caused the man some trouble in a police checkpoint. The police tried to confiscate the holster but the man refused to let go. “Makamatay ba ning holster nako?” the man said. After a lengthy argument, the police gave up but got the man’s name and address.
RETIRED OFFICER. It was learned that the man was a retired constabulary officer who was a collector of firearm holsters, some which he said, he used when he fought in the Vietnam war. “Dili mahimong konpiskahon nila ang holster ko nga way sud armas,” the man said.
