OPPOSITION COMING UP? The president and CEO of a big corporation based here hailed the reported plan to construct a high rise condo for city hall employees at the Citicenter Commercial Complex in Brgy. Kamagayan. “It should push through,” he said. “It’s a very good project.”

OPPOSITION. But “like all government projects” he expects opposition to this one. “Let us hope the expected opposition will not be strong enough to scuttle the project altogether,” he said. “Call me a pessimist,” he added. “But you’ll find me a realist when the project starts to move on.”
