WIPING OUT GRAFFITI. A Caucasian woman was seen taking video shots of the walls of the Queen City Gardens, which are painted with attractive images or drawings. The woman said “someone has found a way to solve the graffiti problem” and she was introducing the same solution to the graffiti problem in her place somewhere in Chicago. “The concrete walls in a section of Chicago where I live have been dirtied with graffiti sprayed by vandals,” she said. “I intend to show my video shots to the community leaders at home for possible adoption.”

VANDALISM SOLVED. The Caucasian woman said: “I think these beautiful paintings on what used to be graffiti-filled walls can be duplicated in my place they call seamy side.” She has also taken video shots of the painted walls on Jones Ave.
