POTHOLES. An Ear informer, who owns a car, complained that potholes are increasing in number in the different roads in Cebu City. “Sa SRP, sa North Reclamation daghan na gyud kaayong lubak ang atong kadalanan. Kana na lang dalan sa may SM, grabe ang bawd! Mura’g Camotes,” he said.

LUBAK CITY. And what is the Cebu City government doing with all the “lubak”, asked the Ear informer. “Wala lang. Naay mga dalan nga gipang-ayo but naa pud gipasagdan lang. Basin gi spread-out ang pag-repair para maabtan ang election period,” he said, in answer to his own question
