Aggressive snatchers

AGGRESSIVE. Snatchers have become very aggressive. They no longer just snatch and go. They now look at your “snatchables” and grab it sometimes saying: “Ako nani ha.” They don’t even run or flee. They just walk casually away. This, according to two snatching victims in an interview with policemen.

ADDING INSULT. There are snatchers who, after divesting someone with his or her valuable, would add insult to injury by making faces at their victim or making comments like “Pansi man ni” or “Thank you, Madam, see you around.” A police officer told an Ear informer: “Buang ning ubang snatcher. Kawatan na ka, yagayagaan ka pa.”
