DISAPPOINTED FANS. Six Cebuano football fans went to Manila to witness the game between the Phl Azkals and the Sri Lanka Brave Reds. They arrived in Manila 24 hours before the game. But they were not able to get into the Rizal Memorial Stadium as there were no more tickets on sale. “One week pa kuno hurot na ang tickets,” one of the six said sadly.
IN ANOTHER STADIUM. The six Cebuano fans said they saw the game in another stadium, the Ninoy Aquino Stadium nearby, where a big screen was installed. They returned home admitting they were disappointed. But one of them told a friend: “Ayaw’g saba ha nga wa mi makasud sa Rizal Stadium.”
