Cellphones for sale at the sidewalk

FOR SALE. There is a an area at the corner of Leon Kilat and Sanciangko streets, near a downtown mall and a government office, where cellphones are being sold at the sidewalk starting late in the afternoon, said an Ear informer. “You cannot miss this area because usually there are a lot of people who gather around the cellphone vendors,” The Ear informer said.

QUESTIONABLE. The Ear informer, however, said that the “goods” sold in that corner are questionable. “I wonder where the vendors get those cellphones, which are usually second hand phones. Some are high end phones, some are low end. If you recently lost a cellphone, maybe you can try looking for it there, among the phones on display,” the informer said.
