Dog shit angers foreigner in a residential subdivision

DOG WASTE. A foreigner living in one of the city’s residential subdivisions was overhead complaining about the dog shit that littered on the subdivision roads and the lawns. The dogs are not owned by the residents of the subdivisions. They are just what the complaining foreigner calls “unwelcome visitors at night.”

ANIMAL RIGHTS. Another foreigner, an animal rights advocate living outside the said subdivision, recently got into trouble with the “resident foreigner” when the latter “hosed” dogs he saw defecating on the lawn. An Ear informer said “it is not rare that subdivision residents would step on dog shit on the road.”
