Hustlers from out of Cebu seen here

HUSTLERS. A Negrense here for the Sinulog festival was heard telling a local friend that he saw two well known swindlers from Negros Occidental having lunch in one of the shopping malls here. The Negrense said the swindlers are West Visayans but speak very good Cebuano. "I'm sure they're not the only swindlers from other parts of the Visayas who are here for a hustling expedition," the Negrense said.

ALSO FROM CEBU. The same Negrense told his lunch host that during the MassKara Festival in Bacolod, Negros police also kept their eye on Cebuano police characters "on a mission" in that city. "In fact, last MassKara celebration two snatchers said to be from Cebu were nabbed after victimizing a fiesta celebrator," he said.
