20 employees organize lotto betting group

BIGTIME BETTING. A group of 20 employees of a private firm has formed a “bettors corporation” where each of them pitched in a uniform amount to be used for betting in the Grand Lotto where the jackpot has reached, as of this writing, close to P500 million. “How’s the corporation doing?” someone asked. One of the members of the “corporation” replied: “So far so bad.”

ERRAND BOYS. Three errand boys have been “commissioned” to handle the “purchasing” of the tickets from various outlets. “Wa mi suhol pero kon swertihon, tiba-tiba sad mi,” said one of the errand boys.
