Gov't vehicle using "wang-wang" spotted along D. Jakosalem

WOMEN PASSENGERS INSIDE. An Ear informer spotted a White Innova government vehicle with red plate no. SJC352 speeding along D. Jakosalem St, Wednesday 10:30AM, using “wang wang”. When the informer saw that the vehicle had a sign bearing “barangay police”, he thought that it was responding to an emergency. But then he saw that the vehicle had women passengers inside and was on its way to the Cathedral.

WANG-WANG. Traffic was heavy that morning, said the informer. He said, “Ni overtake ang gov’t vehicle using the opposite side sa road unya niliko sa may Cathedral nga eskina.”A jeepney conductor was heard saying, “Ah, di man gani mag wang wang ang presidente, kamo na nuon.”Another commented, “Basin na late siguro sa misa. Hehe!”
