WAIT AND SEE. Readers told The Ear that they really have no expectations on P.Noy’s state of the nation address today. A trader in Colon said, “Wala koy gi-expect kay bag-o pa man siya. Tagaan lang nato’g chance. Pero next year, kung wala pa gyud gani’y makitang agi, kana siguro. Angay na tang mo-react.”

BEAUTY PARADE. A gay manicurista said, “Dili kaayo ko interesado sa SONA. Mas ganahan ko motan-aw sa mga gown ug mga beauty nga magparada sama nilang Lucy Torres, Lani Mercado ug Madam Imeldific (Marcos).”
