WANG-WANG. Would you believe that many non-Pinoys abroad are wondering what wang-wang is all about? They heard it first from President Aquino who mentioned it in his inaugural speech. A staffer of Bernama, the national news agency of Malaysia, e-mailed the TF publisher asking: “What is wang-wang?”
WANG-WANG EXPLAINED. After the TF publisher explained what wang-wang is, the Malaysian journalist e-mailed back: “Terimah kasi. Thank you. I thought it’s the Philippine version of our wan-wan-chuey, my favorite food.”
