VISAYAN ANTHEM. There is a clamor among Bisayistas, especially those belonging to certain writers associations, to use the Visayan version of the National Anthem in flag ceremonies and other important occasions. NO UNIFORMITY. What is now happening is that different versions of the so-called Nasudnong Awit are sung in different occasions, depending on which group is “loyal” to which composer. There ought to be one, just one, version to be officially adopted or so many observers believe.
