SMOKERS’ HAVEN? The health authorities are creating so much noise about their anti-smoking campaign, telling everyone the ill effects of smoking and the so-called “second hand” smoke. A college instructor asked The Ear: “Are gambling casinos not covered by this anti-smoking campaign?”
