Will the city government wait for the flood?

HERE COMES THE RAIN. The rainy season has officially arrived with sudden heavy rain and thunderstorms Sunday night but the city government has yet to clean up the esteros of the city. The Ear has received and printed the various requests from readers urging the city government to clean up the drainage system before the rainy season arrives. Until this writing, the city government has yet to act on these requests. A local businessman in the downtown area said, “Naabot na ang ting-uwan. Unsa pa may gipaabot sa gobyerno?
