Reader: Presidentiables should stand their own ground

INSERTION. A reader, a lawyer, wanted to tell the presidentiables that they should stand their own ground. He said of one presidentiable facing a hot issue in the Senate regarding his insertions: “He should face the music. Kung inosente siya, dili siya maglikay-likay sa Senado. Atubangon niya ang isyu.”

PARENTAL GUIDANCE. This same reader said another presidentiable, always mentions his parents whenever he speaks. His comment: “Kani sang usa, magsige’g palaban sa iyang ginikanan. He should stand on his own, and not always asks refer to his parents.” He added, “Hahay aning mga presidentiables, lisud kaayo pilia’g maayo. Hinuon, maayo ra sab nga nayagyag ning mga issues para maka-decide gyud ming mga botante who the best man is to be our next president.”
