Negros Occidental reader says poor service at port Terminal 3

FRIENDLY TOURIST PORT? A reader from Negros Occidental complained of the situation of Cebu port terminal 3. He said, “During brownouts, the port doesn’t have a generator although we are paying P25 for terminal fees. Is this a friendly tourist port? They have a theme, ‘malusog na pantalan handog para sa bayan’ but I guess that’s not appropriate for them to use it if they will just render this kind of service.”
