Reader: Who is going to arrest violations of Citom?

SEATBELT LAW. A reader is asking the government to act on this: He said that Citom personnel pulled him over recently. When he asked what his violation was, he was told that he wasn’t wearing his seatbelt. He apologized and was given a verbal warning. He thanked the Citom enforcer. That afternoon of the same day, he spotted the same Citom personnel who reprimanded him, onboard their multicab. The Citom driver wasn’t wearing a seatbelt.

CITOM VIOLATIONS. The reader is asking who will reprimand the Citom personnel when they will commit traffic violations. He said, “The same people nga nagsita nako, nag-operation atbang sa Pepsi. Ang Citom driver wala nagseatbelt and usa ra ang (functional) headlight sa Citom multicab. Kinsa man modakop nila?”
