No more government transactions at 4:20 pm?

BAD PUBLIC SERVICE. A mediaman told The Ear that this government agency closed early last May 26. The reason? The staff attended the mass for their city mayor. The people who went to their office were caught by surprise and were naturally upset. The mediaman said, “Nanirado na sila kay mo attend sila’g misa ni mayor. Daghan transacting public nagyawyaw gyud. Naundang ang ilang serbisyo publiko tungod kay mo attend sila sa misa. Asa man ang hustisya ani intawon?”

NO MORE AT 4. Another Ear informer had a negative experience at this government agency recently. He went to this government office to pick up a document, only to be told to come back the next day as they are already closed. The informer looked at his watch and it was only 4:35pm. He walked away upset and later told The Ear, “Unsa man diay ang oras sa gobyerno? Kutob ra sa 4pm ang trabaho?”
