They told their Filipino employees, “Hatton is going to pulverize your tiny Filipino fighter. Pacquiao doesn’t stand a chance.”
AFTER THE FIGHT. But after the Pacquiao-Hatton fight, British employers now have higher respect for their Filipino employees, from the health workers to domestic helpers. The Filipina domestic helper said, “Karon, da, respetar na lagi. Kahibalo na sila karon na bisan gagmay tang mga Pinoy, isog ta’g kumo. Ayo!”
