GOV’T VEHICLE. An Ear informer just exited the north wing of a mall in the North Reclamation Area when a driver of an SUV behind him kept honking his horn. Thinking that it was an emergency, the Ear informer let the said vehicle pass. It was a government vehicle, a dark blue Mitsubishi Adventure with red plate no. SGV810, whose driver was maybe just too impatient to have other vehicles in front of him. The driver who appeared to be in his early 40s, was alone, and no emergency was apparent. The informer said, “Abi nako dakong emergency kay ga sige siya’g busina. Wala man ga on iyang hazard lights so walay emergency.”
OPERATION RED PLATE. The informer is asking the team of Operation Red Plate to check this government vehicle which was spotted outside the mall last Thursday at 9:20pm, a Mitsubishi Adventure with red plate no. SGV810. Why was it in that area at that time and why was the driver constantly honking his horn at other vehicles, even those who are faithfully observing traffic rules? The informer followed the vehicle. From the North Reclamation area, the government vehicle was seen going towards Juan Luna Ave.... and he was still honking his horn at other vehicles.
