PINOY PRIDE. A Filipino businessman based in Hong Kong told his Cebuano friend that many Filipinos in Hong Kong are naturally upset at Chip Tsao, the Chinese columnist who said that the Philippines is a “nation of servants.” He described the Filipinos working in Hong Kong as one of the most hard-working people in the world. “We are proud of our OFWs here in Hong Kong and siyempre, insulto sa ating mga Pinoy ang sinabi ni Tsao. Kahit nag apologize na siya, hindi iyon sincere.”
BLACKLIST. This Pinoy businessman said that our government should still blacklist Chip Tsao and ban him from visiting the Philippines. He said, “He is already biased. So what’s the point? Dapat ipakita ng ating gobyerno nga hindi maganda ang ginawa ng Intsik na yan. For all we know, this person only takes a bath once a week. Tapos ang yabang yabang niya.”
