HAVE BAT WILL STRIKE - Juanito V. Jabat   -

A broadcaster friend of mine who talks a lot on radio says some people think he’s a businessman. “They often tell me,” he says, “to mind my own business.”

Did you know that it was World Water Day last March 22? Ah, never mind about this anymore. It is now water under the bridge.

My daughter says: “Your desk is always cluttered, which indicates, according to one wise thinker, you got a cluttered mind.” Oh, yeah? If my desk is empty, what kind of mind does that indicate?

I listened to a parenting expert on tv and I heard her say: “Parents should have some patience with their little kids when they ask and ask questions. They’ll grow up to be well informed.” Or, maybe, they’ll become house-to-house shampoo promo interviewers. Hehe.

Press Secretary Cerge Remonde assured Cebuanos, and for that matter the nation, that there will be elections in 2010. Let’s hope so. Your comment, please Sir Jabat!” (No comment, Rosenda. I might be scolded. — JVJ.)

Let me share with you this inspiring text message I got from our GM Sir Bhoy: “Let each tomorrow fill your heart with love and laughter, your days with dreams come true, and your life with so much happiness to look forward to.”
