Reader reacts on TF headline "Snitch killed"

SNITCH. A reader called The Ear to react on Monday’s TF headline, “Drug Operation Gone Wrong: Snitch killed...” He said that snitches always end up badly since they turn traitor to their own kind. He said, “You know the saying, ‘Piyait must die’? School kids have this motto. Mao to ang nahitabo atong snitch.”

HOMELESS. An Ear informer saw a homeless couple fight late last night near Fuente Osmeña. They were seen throwing boxes that they use as sleeping mats. The informer described the scene as funny but sad. She said, “Kung ubang managti-ayon pa na, naglinabayay na’g mga plato. Kay wala man silay mga kagamitan ug ang mga karton ra man ang naa nila, naglinabayay na la’g karton.”
