Citom man seen busy texting in a busy street intersection

TEXTING CITOM. An Ear informer who had business to transact at a store along Sikatuna St. saw a Citom enforcer at the corner of Sikatuna and P. del Rosario Sts. Wednesday at 5 in the afternoon busy tinkering with his cellphone despite the busy streets he was supposed to be manning. The informer said that when he went back to where the Citom enforcer was standing, the Citom man was still texting, looking at his cellphone and sometimes with a smile on his face. He seemed to be amused at the text messages he was reading. However, this Citom man’s behavior towards his job is not amusing.

BUSY CITOM. The Ear informer also saw other Citom personnel busy manning the streets along Gorordo Ave., and Colon Sts. He had good words for these busy Citom enforcers who appeared to be busy doing their jobs, except for the Citom enforcer at the corner of Sikatuna and P. del Rosario Sts.
