Bizman: Roads in Dumaguete better than Cebu

VISITING BIZMAN. A businessman from Dumaguete was in Cebu City for a few days’ visit last week. He said it’s the first time he has revisited Cebu after 10 years. He toured the usual tourist spots in Cebu City with his friend. To his dismay, he said Cebu roads have deteriorated over the years. He told his friend, “Di ba Cebu is considered the second most important city in the Philippines? Ngano man nga sobra ka neglected inyong roads? Gipasagdan lang man ni sa inyong gobyerno.”

DUMAGUETE IS BETTER. The businessman further said that he can’t help but compare the condition of roads in Dumaguete with Cebu City. He said, “Puwera buyag, pero makapanghambog gyud ko nga ang Dumaguete, mas maayo pag dalan kay sa inyo diris Cebu. Bisan sa probinsiya na kaayong part sa Negros, nindot gihapon ang dalan, not like Cebu, nagdaghan lang ang lubak-lubak na dalan.”
