His office staff didn't show up for work because of Ramadan

NO SHOW. A businessman who has a trading company was fuming mad at his office staff. Several of his workers didn’t show up for work. When he asked about their absences, their reply was, “Sir, holiday man karon. Sugod sa Ramadan.”

CEASEFIRE. A Christian resident of Mindanao said that there should be ceasefire on the war between government forces and the MILF, not for the sake of the MILF but for the innocent Muslim brothers and sisters who will be observing Ramadan. He said, “Kristiyano ko pero angay ta mo respeto sa relihiyon sa uban. Wala lang untay kagubot karong Ramadan.”
