The overwhelming vote given me by my constituents of Cebu City's North District is awesome.
I am both overjoyed and humbled.
The new mandate gives me more vigor and stronger resolve to do even better, in my legislative work and in community building. Yet it also tells me I can only keep my constituents' trust if I never cease earning it.
