NO CHANCE? A businessman had a chat with his college buddy recently. They both talked of their political plans. When the businessman told his friend of his own plans to enter politics, this "friend" who is a councilorial bet of a northern municipality shot down the businessman's plans with, "Wala man kay chance mo daug."
