These banks have no security guards on weekends

NO SECURITY. There is a bank in Cebu that does not have a security guard on Saturdays and Sundays. This bank has branches at Cebu Business Park and along Osmeña Blvd. An informer said that clients cannot make credit card payments through machines on weekends because no one, as in no one - no clerk or security guard - is around to give out envelopes where payments are to be enclosed.

NOT SECURE. Another bank along Arch. Reyes Ave. also does not have security guards during weekends. Clients withdrawing from the automated teller machines (ATM) during weekends have to constantly look over their shoulder for possible robbers lurking nearby. This bank was already victimized by robbers on two occasions.
