Foreign tourists horrified at the vagrants on Fuente O skywalks

SHOCKED TOURISTS. A group of European tourists happened to use the skywalk near the Fuente Osmeña circle yesterday. What they saw and smelled shocked them: People covered in filth, making the skywalk their home. Some were seen sleeping while others were seen eating scraps of food from plastic bags. A few feet away a mother was busy wiping off feces from her child's butt who appeared to be five or six years old after the child defecated on a plastic bag.

THIS IS CEBU? One of the female tourists who witnessed this gruesome scene couldn't help but feel sick. The others covered their noses and the group hurriedly scrambled down the steps. The female was heard saying, "Ewww! That was so gross!" Another one said, "My God! This is Cebu? How can the people live like this?"
