BLIND PASSENGER. Yesterday evening, a partially blind man boarded a jeep with 13C route marker near the Asilo de la Milagrosa bound for Talamban but before the blind man could take his seat the jeepney driver gunned the engine and took off. The man lost his balance and stumbled. Alarmed, one passenger exclaimed, "Hala, nahayang ang buta!"
ANGRY PASSENGERS. The blind man almost fell flat on his back but was propped up by concerned passengers who helped him to a vacant seat. Several passengers then started reprimanding the careless jeepney driver. One woman was heard telling the driver, "Hoy, gadanghag lang ka da! Natumba na lang hinuon ning buta." Another middle-aged woman also said, "Pataka man gud kag bulhot sa jeep wala pa gani kalingkod imong mga pasahero."
