THE SMELL. The Ear heard several complaints of taxi drivers who experienced having Korean passengers. One taxi driver of a well-known taxi franchise said that he and many of his fellow cab drivers don't like having Korean passengers since they smell bad. When asked why, he said, "Di gyud mi ganahan masakyan og mga Koreano kay lain silag baho. Murag lata nga sibuyas. Kaming mga drayber paligoon gyud para dili mi manimaho apan maka pasahero sab ka sama nila, tabla ra."
THE ATTITUDE. Another taxi driver also told The Ear that more than the smell, it's the bad attitude of his Korean passengers that upsets him. He said, "Bahala na nang baho. Kana gyung ilang pamatasan maoy ngil-ad." He narrated that on several occasions he would have Korean passengers who will sit at the front seat and put his feet on top of the dashboard. He said, "Pastilan. Ngano ipatong man gyud nang ilang tiil sa dashboard? Tarong ba gud nang batasana, aber?"
