Hospitals vs. the use of medical card

CASH OR CARD? A mediaman complained to The Ear about this hospital's hesitancy to use the medical card. His young daughter had difficulty breathing and was rushed to the hospital but when the mediaman presented his medical card to the attending doctors at the ER, the doctor reportedly said, "Ah, card diay?
